    My philips projection TV won't turn on
    My philips projection TV will make a weird sound like a chick sound when I turn it on but the screen won't turn on, what could it be? Can I fix it myself?

    Are you an electronics technician with test equipment, schematics and know how to use them? It you are, then maybe... if you aren't then likely no.
