So I have overpronation or something like that. It doesn't hurt when I walk it's just that whenever I wear flats, my feet turn in. It's extremely annoying because my friends think its gross. Do I need to get surgery for that?

That's really only something your doctor can determine. We really can't give you a diagnosis over the internet.

Every person is different. There's no way to say. What can take one person a few weeks to recover from can take another months. You don't even know if surgery is necessary!

This isn't something we can answer. We really can't give a diagnosis or prognosis over the internet. I know that's what you want, but it's not possible. Only your doctor can help you. What I think doesn't matter. What I think is a guess. You need a diagnosis.
