My toilet keeps running - it used to stop if you flushed three or four times - now it runs constantly - how can I fix this? It isn't your normal giggle the handle or replace the arm.

Check the chain that opens the flapper. There should be a little slack in it when closed. If there is slack, flapper needs to be replaced.

Shut off water and remove flapper. Take it with u to a big box store and get a replacement.
