    Question about tenant rights Oregon
OK so I have my medical marijuana card to transport medicine to my patient. I can carry it and I cook with it. Well my landlord came over the other day and said there is a strong odor coming from my place. I told her that I don't smoke it I just transport it and cook with it for my patient. It is locked up in a safe. Now can they kick me out because of the medical marijuana?

Do you have a lease, are you month to month?

Let me make sure I understand this - you cook with marijuana and then transport the food to your patient? You aren't doing this cooking at your patient's residence?

Why not refer the landlord to the OMMP website? And I assume that you showed your card? Make sure the name of the patient isn't revealed though.

I am a little puzzled by the amount of smell from cooking, not just within your apartment, but all the way outside? There is no reason to produce much smell cooking with it, as long as it blends with oily or fatty foods.
