My daughters Father seeking full custody in MI ?

My Daughter Just turned 1 in Feb. and her father has been fighting for sole custody since she was 6 months. "He hadn't seen her until she was 6 months" Now I have sole physical custody and joint legal custody and He gets her every other weekend 1 over night every other week and 2 2 hr week day visits in between . He has a medical marijuana card and smokes it around her but with this card it stops the court from drug test. He is a constant drinker he's 31 yrs old and still lives with his mom. I'm 24 own my home have a 11 yr old son and a 5 yr old and full time mom to my 14 yr old niece. He has called cps on me will allegations that I am a "drug head" and I'm a abusive mom although the reason we broke up when I was 2 months pregnant was because he kicked my son in the face.pee'd on him and I could go on and on~! The cps was opened and closed with no finding's because they were all lies. Now! That my daughter is crawling all over and taking 7-8 steps alone "almost walking" she falls! And is always getting bruises and he is now taking pictures and taking me to court once again with the allegation that I "abuse" My daughter! He even posted them on Facebook. She had a black eye from letting go of a coffee table and hitting herself with the toy she had in her hand, she climbed out of her crib and yet got another bruise and scratch and she was pulling the family cats hair and he scratched her! And all of her bumps and bruises I can explain with full detail! I love my children and it hurts to have someone throw something like this out there like I'm a horrible mom! I don't even spank and he know's that! Everyone knows that ! I've even had people tell me that I should. He fallows me,watched my home and even video camera's who is exiting and entering but they will not issue a stalking or pp order because of our custody battle. He wants to get married but we haven't been together since I was 2 months pregnant and he can't seem to leave me alone. He's obsessed with my life not our daughters. I've recently got in to a relationship with a new man and I love him and he treats my kids and myself with great respect and love. But my ex is trying to come in-between that too! He works and provides for my family and we are doing great if I didn't have a constant hassle and court battle with my daughters father. Any advice or anyone who could have some input? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

That doesn't make sense. Just because he has filed for custody doesn't give him the right to stalk or threaten you. Did the courts tell you that or were you listening to someone else's opinion?

Keep in mind that, when one wants visitation changed for some reason, he or she will normally "shoot for the moon", and ask for the works, as far as custody & visitation is concerned, on the theory that if you don't ask for something you aren't going to get it. It appears to me that he wants something that he doesn't have now; perhaps he is using this strategem to get child support lowered.

The Judge denied my request for a order because of the custody battle. And yes he's shooting for the moon for sure and he does want a lower support order. Although he only pays 60.00 a week and makes 500 I don't think he realizes that the 60.00 he provides only provides diapers, wipes and formula!
