    Hips?
    I'm VERY uncomfortable with my body , its not my whole body.. its my hips . I'm afraid to be sexually active anymore because I'm WAY too uncomfortable with my hips . I'm not sure if it's a 'muffin top' . When I undress its still here . I'm skinny and short , 4'11 & 110 pounds . Why do I have this? And how do I get rid of it?

    At 4'11" and 110 you certainly aren't fat. (thats very close to my wife's size).. and I doubt any guy that's going to be sleeping with you is going to care about a little pudginess... Might keep you out of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition... but I don't know any guys that will throw you out over that.
    Perhaps more abdominals, and toe touching exercizes where you flex and toch your left foot with the right hand with the leags spread while standing and then the right foot with the left hand... as well as anything good for the core muscles and lats should tone that area up.

    Thanks , I mean I know its not fat.. I'm comfortable with myself and all that , its juss the hips . But I'm guna try that , thanks so much
