    Is it my period or am I bleeding
    Hi my name is ana I am 20 years old I curently have the mirena iud for 5 years I usually get my period every 10th of the month but I am scared because I didn't get my period for 3 months and last week I started bleeding so I thought was my period but it look like if I'm bleeding it doesn't look like a period. And I have really bad stomach pain I don't know what to do I'm scared I need help please

    For the peace of mind, it would be wise to see your gyn and let them know what has been going on. Many women do find that their periods stop after having the Mirena, but since this is relatively new for you, and you are experiencing stomach pain, have it checked.
