Occasionally my sink sprayer will lose pressure.
I have a relatively new sink, faucet and sprayer. Everything works fine except half the time the sprayer is reduced to about half it's normal force. I called the manufacturer and they sent me an entire replacement kit. I replaced everything but the hose, as it's a very tight working space near the faucet area. Even with a new nozzle the water is not consistently coming out with full pressure.
Anyone have an idea why this may be happening?

There may be debris inside the diverter that is inside the faucet. Also, there is a back flow preventer attached on the hose that may be clogged and inhibiting water flow. Lastly, I would disassemble the handle and test-run water without the handle installed. Here, you will see how much water flow you get. If flow appears to be OK than clean handle assembly. Milo

Then, of course, you could have a loose washer in the stop valve. Hot, cold or both?

Milo, when you mention handle are you referring to the faucet or sprayer handle? When I removed the sprayer from the hose the pressure is fine. The manufacturer also sent me a diverter, but I did not know what to do with it. How difficult is it to install?

Do you have both Faucet Spout and Sprayer in one faucet set up? Usually, Diverter is inside the faucet column and yes, it requires a bit of skill to put it in. Do you have basic tools ? Are you handy ? How old is the faucet ? Do you have model # ? Also, you could try to buy new sprayers. That may be the solution. Milo

Milo, they are separate units. I am semi-handy at best. Here are the particulars:
KOHLER
Model (PN#) - R10430
Finish - Brush Nickel
Date of Installation - 5/1/2009

Yes, that's "Forte" model. As I said above, diverter is inside the main column. Try to replace the sprayer first. Milo

Milo, I have replaced the sprayer, but the problem persists. Kohler included a diverter when they sent me the new sprayer. I took the end of my faucet off and there is a small screen-type device and a washer. The screen-ype device is different than the diverter that Kohler sent me. Is this where the diverter is located, where the water comes out of the faucet?
