    Married and pregnant bu another man what rights does the bio father have
    I'm married for 8 years now and I am pregnant by another man my husband will be the father and sighn the birth certifate but I'm wondering what rights the bio father has? I'm in OK. State?

    He has the right to demand DNA testing and parent the child.

    It is actually illegal to sign a birth certificate if you are not the father.

    When a child is born to a married couple the husband is presumed to be the father unless paternity is challenged. There may be a limited window during which a challenge can be mounted.

    If you live in Oklahoma and you are still married, the biological father has no rights . Presumption may be rebutted only by you and/or your husband.
