    What is the cases of others countries that using the decision in salomon v salomon?
    Is Australia have it?

    Saloman v saloman is a landmark case in english common law that is assigned to tons of law students. If your school assigned you to report on the case, don't you think it applies in your country?

    Attorneys need to be logical thinkers.

    I would have to guess what you are asking. The title of this thread, I would guess, is intended to ask "What cases, from countries other than England, have cited the decision in Salomon v Salomon?" That's only one of several possible meanings for that sentence.

    Similarly, by ", do you mean "Does Australia have it?", do you mean "Does Australia have them?" Have what? Such cases? If that's what you meant, you should have asked "Does Australia have such cases?".

    Or, better, reason it out. What court decided Salomon v Salomon?" Decisions of that court are regarded as controlling precident in the Dominons, as I recall. Australia is one of the Dominions, is it not?
