    Car moved and damaged
    Tow company is contracked with the apartments where I live,
    And the parking lot asphalt was to be fixed.
    But I was not even given a notice nothing!
    Just to waking up to go too work and my car was gone!
    Thought it was stolen, called 911 for help and even called the apartments towing people and they siad
    No they didn't remove my car.
    Im waiting for police to show and looked further down the parking lot and saw my car was backed into a nother parking space!
    My car is damaged and is this leglal who do I go to for repairs and no permission to even touch my car?

    Car wasn't moved because I was Illegaly parked'.
    It was moved from my owen parking space so they can do the asphault work is all.

    Please start a new thread. The previous thread contains information which is not pertinent to your situation and confuses the matter.

    No, it doesn't appear that it was legal to move your car. If it had been illegally parked they should have towed it to their yard, not simply to another spot.

    Get an estimate and then send the bill to the landlord and the tow company. If they refuse to pay, take them to small claims court.
