Can I sue Facebook for allowing sexual videos of me on their site?
Someone got a hold of some sexual vidoes of me and posted them.

I have reported them to Facebook and nothing is getting done. It's been about two weeks and these very explict videos of me are still up.

    Help! What can I do?

You have reported the video(s) using their "report" feature as pornographic content of yourself, or have you only sent emails?

Added: As ScottGem pointed out, and as I stated in my original comment, have you followed their reporting procedures?

No, you can't sue Facebook, but you could sue the person who posted these videos of you.

You MIGHT be able to sue if FB if they have not followed their procedures for removing objectionable content. But it will be expensive with no guarantee of winning.

And there is a big question of whether you followed their procedures for reporting it.

As to suing the person who posted them, did they legally have them, were they made and done with your consent ?

While FB has rules against this type of content, if this person legally owns the video that you made with your consent and gave or allow him to have it, I am not sure it would be illegal for him to post it on sites or places that allow such content.

Thank you for all you answers, and yes I reported the video several times on different accounts, and no this person did not have consent to have the video. She got ahold of someone's phone and sent them to herself. But after this being up for more than 2 weeks, fb has finally taken it down. But needless to say the damage has already been done :(

I have to wonder how explicit the videos were. That FB took so long to pull them indicates that they were not that explicit which means FB had to investigate ownership first. I also wonder what access the public had to those pages. They may have been very restricted.

I have to say this, but the damage was done when you made those videos and entrusted them to someone else. Sending such videos to someone's phone or allowing them to use the phone to take them, put them out of your control. No matter how much you trust the person who you gave them to, there are a number of ways the content could have been gotten off the phone and into someone else's hands.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you weren't wronged. I'm just trying to point out that you took a risk and that risk backfired.

Again, I know I shouldn't have ever made those videos and as for how explict they are: It is VERY explict: Me giving oral (u can see all) and the actual act of sex. Therefore they are explict. And this female got mad at the guy and sent the movies to herself when he was asleep. Therefore she did not have concent to the videos and why didn't fb block her from putting the videos BACK up??

Ask your friends to block her and to take down the pictures. But first do screen shots (I hope you did screen shots of the other pages) so, you have proof.

This has now become a matter for an attorney. Hire one to send her a cease and desist order.

The following is from Facebooks rules
    Facebook

You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same.
You will not post content or take any action on Facebook that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

    Also on this page
Reporting a violation - Facebook Help Center | Facebook
Are instructions to report such things.

Report it again and notes that these pictures were reported before. Ask that this user be banned.

But I also think you should seek an attorney
