It is not dangerous BUT it sure is hard on your system. Didyou have any complications with your first child?

It will definitely put a strain on your body.

Are you breastfeeding your daughter? If so, it would be advisable to stop at this time.

Also, make sure you take your prenatal vitamins every single day, and see your doctor at your scheduled appointments.

If handled correctly baby should be fine. The major concern is your health. It's very hard on a woman's body to have children back to back.

Just keep in touch with your doctor, make sure to take care of yourself, don't overstress, take your prenatal vitamins, don't miss any appointments with your OBGYN, and eat healthy. :)

That's really all any of us can do when we're pregnant, but you have the added stress of having a baby to care for while pregnant with another. Just follow all orders given by your doctor.

    Also, congrats. :)

That show is an extreme case. And her last pregnancy (or last few, I can't keep track) she experienced at least a few complications and I think I remember her doctor recommending that they stop having children because of the physical problems being caused and dangers to both mother and baby.

A friend of mine had 9 kids. Her last one came out with all kinds of physical problems. She should have stopped many, many kids ago. And believe it or not she works for the IRS at a field office with a big salary. She thought it was funny to have the older kids act as babysitters while she went off to work pregnant with another kid. Epic fail on that one.

It's hard because your body is depleted of the essential hormones and nutrients. It takes approximately 1 year after delivery of a baby for your body to be back to a healthy state.

That is strictly up to you. While it can be unhealthy for you to be pregnant this soon after delivering a child, if you continue good prenatal care and take good care of yourself, there is only a slight risk.

My daughter-in-law had her 2 pregnancies this close together. My granddaughter is experiencing a host of health problems as she does not have a strong immune system because of the closeness of the pregnancies.
