What can I do about outstanding attorney fees
In which the attorney is trying to petition and summon for payment. He is charging for work in which he has not completed and has no intention in completing. What should I do?

And prove that he did not do the work he is charging for.

Did you have an agreement, did he provide a itemized bill

Did you fire him or did he withdraw from your case? Did you pay him a retainer or was this an hourly matter? What exactly do you mean by he billed you for the work and didn't complete it?
