And prove that he did not do the work he is charging for.
Did you have an agreement, did he provide a itemized bill
Did you fire him or did he withdraw from your case? Did you pay him a retainer or was this an hourly matter? What exactly do you mean by he billed you for the work and didn't complete it?
And loose the "in"s in your opening post. They are as annoying as Hell.
