Me and my ex broke up and now she has tried to stop me from seeing my kid. He is almost 8 months old but the thing is I have not received any thing in the mail about singning over full custody. And all of the sudden they told me that ia have to signing so I do not no what to do I need some help

You should see an attorney to explain how these things work in your jurisdiction. Many attorneys will meet with you for an initial consultation for free and advise what they would do for you, and what it would cost.

It sounds like you were never married to the mother and have no parenting agreement in place. Therefore, you need to assert your paternity and get a parenting agreement in place. You cannot simply sign a paper and be free from your responsibilities to your child - not an option.

You are best off getting representation and getting a fair court order in place so that you can participate both in supporting your child and raising him as a co-parent to the mother.

The issue here is unless you are on the birth certificate you have nothing legal at this point.

So a mother who is the only one listed on the birth certificate is by default, got sole custody and you will have to go to court to get partial custody and/or visits.

So you file for visits though the court.

Did you sign an Acknowledgment of Paternity or are you listed on the birth certificate? Until and unless you are declared the legal father you have no rights. If you are the legal father then they cannot force you to sign away your rights. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING without reviewing it with your attorney or, at least fully understanding it.

Ok but the thing is I am on the birth thing and so on so forth so I was told If I do not do not put my name on the custodi papper then I will be in big trouble and no I was never married to her at all

Who told you this?

If you are on the birth certificate as the father, then you are the legal father. Your rights cannot be taken away without your consent unless you are proven to be a danger to the child.

I don't know what custody paper you are referring to. But if a hearing was held on custody and you were not informed of it, then you can request a re-hearing. You should be going to court yourself to establish a visitation schedule.
