    During separation transferred all his assets to her and now claims he does have nothing, my lawyer checked Revenue Canada and his income, but where do the fancy expensive cars and house together come from, he doesn't qualify for mortgage, left me on the street, deliberately instigated a foreclosure. With no interim or retro spousal support. Now I am waiting for my Decree Divorce Decree. My lawyer is on vacation. He (ex) hides and conceals all his assets.
    Distressed and desperate in Alberta for this injustice and malicious fraudulent behaviour.

    You ask him to provide that answer in court, you show evidence of the house, of the cars, boats and life style, then you force him to provide how he does it
