My ex has moved my kids without telling me
I have just received a call from the local social services to say we won't be dealing with them anymore as my ex partner has moved to another town with my 3 daughters aged (4 ,3 ,1 )
She has not been letting me see the children saying I have to see them at a contact center which I have heard nothing about. I now don't know where she is and how I can about seeing my children. I truly believe she can't handle the 3 girls on her own as she has a history of depression and trying to commit suicide.

    What can I do?

Have her prosecuted for parental kidnapping.

What you should do is to immediately file in court for custody or at least specific visitation rights. You will need to locate her to get her served with process. If she violates such an order she can be held in contempt of court.

You would flie papers in the court nearest to where you live. The details depend upon where you are (state or country if non- U.S.). There may be forms available for you to fill in, but perhaps not. Again, it depends upon you location. Needless to say, you should get an attorney to do this for you, particularly if there are not forms available.

I realize you don't know where she went. No easy answer there. You may have to hire an investigator.

Yes it's called legal aid , most solicitors can provide it you just need a benefits letter (dated within the month of the appointment) , some id and some address details

Have you been to court on this matter before? From what your saying it sounds like you have. How recent was it? Who told you that you can only see the children at a "contact center" ?
