I hope you will have a follow up appt. with your doctor to discuss your readings. That is what usually happens.

My Doctor said that everything is OK
And the high heart rate maybe because the hot weather here in my country
The temp. is reaching 40 here right now
Now I tried to count my heart beats in a minute by myself I don't know if this is realstic and helpful way
It was about 90 by max
Sorry but I have a Question... is the ECG depends on my mood when I made it
Or it reads the average rate?
Because I was very afraid when I made it.. I mean that this made my heart beats goes up.. or what ?
    Thanks a lot

The ECG has nothing to do with your mood when it is taken. Doesn't matter if you are nervous or happy, scared or sad. The results all depend on how healthy your heart is and what rhythym the heart is in when it is taken.

You will have to discuss this with your doctor. You see, normal is different for every person depending on their own personal health history. We can't tell you whether this is normal for you.
