There are no Doctors here. There are Nurses.
I think you need to call your Physician.

No, but you don't need to be an RN to have common sense. You have the symptoms of several serious medical problems. It could be anything from an STD to a tumor to something else.
Your choices are to have people guess over the Internet OR go to a Doctor (or ER), be examined and get a diagnosis.

Judykaytee did not in fact just give an opinion, she has advised you to go to a doctor and be examined... no one on this site, even a qualified nurse, can give you a diagnoses' without properly examining you.

missynchris does not find this helpful : not an answer just an opinion
It would be both foolish and dangerous to take the advice of anyone who hasn't examined you.
You expect a diagnosis based on symptoms, without a physical exam?
It could be a STD, an infection, a bladder infection or ovarian cancer.
Get yourself to a Physician.

Is it just me or is the answer to this really obvious? If you need a questions answered by a doctor (and with the symptoms you are presenting, you do) then you need to go see one and ask.

Out of greenies - but I love thread titles that include the word "should."

Ok, I am an RN, and I will give you the same advice everyone else gave you. You need to see a doctor. This isn't something for the ER. The ER is for EMERGENCIES and you would take up valuable lifesaving resources by going to the ER.
Just to clarify my abilities. I am an RN in women's health and I work in the ER.
If you don't have a doctor open your phone book up and call one.
