    Need to lose 20lbs.
So apparently I'm meant to weight 140lbs, but why is it I can't lose the pathetic 20lbs! It seems to be crawling up and up. I'm at a pretty hard time in my life, finishing school, A levels and leaving life behind to go to uni. I can accept that, I just want my weight to be normal! Can anyone help me? I want to do it, doctors are advising me to as well..

Cut out all white stuff -- breads, potatoes, anything with flour in it, rice, sugar. Eat lots of fresh or steamed vegetables. Eat lots of fresh fruits and drink pure fruit juice (no sugar or corn syrup). Walk up stairs instead of taking the elevator. Park at the back of the lot when you go shopping. Join a gym or do at least 20 minutes of yoga or some kind of exercise twice a day at the same time per day. If you can't exercise, walk briskly twice a day for 20 minutes each time.

Give yourself three months to lose 20 pounds.

I'm going to paste here what I told another person: I recently lost 30lbs and published an online ebook about it. I did my own plan... basically cut out a lot of carbs and stuff cheated. I definitely did not deprive myself. I made sure that I ate 6 times per day and got in some exercise. The first 10 lbs I lost was water weight... then it became harder for me to lose the fat. You need to really watch what you do since not having enough protein could also cause you to lose muscle as well and you don't want that to happen. What is really boils down to is the right diet and exercise along with drinking a lot of water. NOt drinking a lot of water will also not allow the weight to come off. Plus, you need to cheat one or two days. This shocks your body so when you go back on the diet, the weight is easier to come off.
