Yes, most likely your baby has been aborted. You should see your care provider for an ultrasound to make sure all products of conception (baby) have passed.

What if I let it without having a ultrasound or check up , do you think my menstruation period will comeback?

If the products of conception have not passed you risk serious infection. A follow up ultrasound is advised.

But I'm only 7 weeks pregnant, do you think in that three days of bleeding all the products of conception have not passed?it was quite heavy bleeding.

That is not a question I can answer via the internet. Tests would have to be run to determine that.

Okay.. but if it's aborted, then there will be no chance that my tummy will expand like a real pregnant woman.. am I right?

Yes, you are right. But, if you still have the dead fetus in your uterus you risk severe infection and/or possible infertility in the future.
If your doctor aborted your fetus with cytotec, why aren't you going for follow up visits?

No! There was no Doctor involved, I read about cyto here net, I did it with my boyfriend. Because next month I'll be working overseas. That's why I'm a bit persistent on asking.. hope you understand.

How in the world did you get cytotec in your hands without a doctor? This is a VERY dangerous medication if not used with proper education. I have had proper education and I cannot use this medication. Only a doctor can.
I now urge you to see a doctor post haste!

I got here in my country via the black market.. we tried reading articles about it before using. It's my 4th weeks now after bleeding and luckily I'm not feeling any signs of illness.. but still I'm curious and a bit afraid that's why I'm asking..

If you got it via the black market, I can almost assure you that it is not the "true" cytotec. Make an appointment with your doctor ASAP!

My girlfriend had a dnc procedure on her 5th months , unfortunately she did it in the abortionist.. I was not there but my girlfriend told me that she was scrapped for almost an hour using a curretege . After that the abortionist gave her a methergine and antibiotics.. luckily after 2 weeks she had no fever and her bleeding stops 1 week after the abortion. But I noticed something her tummy was still expanded and a bit large after 2 weeks. Do you think the baby was gone? She had also brown bleeding once.. hope you can help me.. thanks
