Child support & citizenship rights of a child born in the Philippines
Is there a resource to help a Filipina woman establish a child support claim against a U.S. citizen living in Florida. Also, what are the rights of his 10 month old daughter who was born in the Philippines from a Filipina?
The man promised to wed the Filipina woman but then become a deadbeat father once his baby was born. The Filipina left a long-term factory job for the man and the birth of her daughter. |
