I want to dye my hair with a white streak like Christina Perri, but I don't want to buy a kit (too lazy, guhh.) what kind of household bleaches can I use to get a white streak? And if not a white streak, then at least a whiter one? My hair is a light brown right now with darker brown undertones. Its very soft and conditioned because I try to take very good care of my hair.
