    Your info is pretty vague. I'm sure there are tons of 40 year old women in Saint Petersburg. Also, if she's married then it's best to leave her be.

    No need to be sorry for being what you are, but you don't even seem to know her name, and you did say she's married.

    There's no way we can even begin to help you find her on the limited info you gave, and if she is married and your purpose in finding her is having a romance, then it would be morally wrong for us to even help you find her.
