The court took away all of my parental rights away
Six years ago all of my parental rights were taken from me in a MO court. They did not even notifiy me a court hearing was happening to where I could have defended myself against this type of injustice by a drunken judge obvously, however now my exwife calls me on the phone and tells me to come get our son she is done and does not want him anymore and wants me to take full and total custody of him. What do I need from her on the spot to show she is doing this and giving me custody a signed paper or does it need to be notorized too?

We're going to need some more background. The courts are very reluctant to strip a parent of their rights; I assume there were some very serious allegations being made against you which led to your rights being terminated.

Your exwife cannot give you custody because the state decided you are an unfit parent. If your ex wants to relinquish her rights, the children are going to become wards of the state.

I'm curious as to why you state this took place before a "drunken judge" - do you have proof that the judge is an alcoholic or is this just an angry statement?
