    Can I be charged?
My mom gave me a bracelet to bring to the jeweler to get fixed. We got into a fight and now she wants me to bring it to my uncle. She said if I didn't bring it to him, she would call the cops. I have a witness who will attest to the fact that she gave it to me to get fixed. Can I be charged?

Just settle the differences with your mom and forget about the police.

If it's at the jeweler's being fixed you can't bring it to anybody until it is ready. You can give the jeweler's ticket to your uncle and he can go pick it up or give the ticket to your mom. Either way you can't be charged if it REALLY IS at the jewelers being fixed. Now if it wasn't at the jeweler's being fixed that's a different story altogether.
