    How long ago did this happen? I can't find any medicinal liquid called SP27 in my information.

    After researching, I found that it was called ST-37 (so much for thinking I can remember everything!) :-) I'm not sure if it is still available but if it is (and it's not toxic) I am definitely going to buy it. It worked miracles for my wounds when I fell off that bike.
