1.Having completed the Learning Style Questionnare in class, give a summary of your findings.
* The findings show that I am a mix between the three basic types of learning styles ( visual, audiotory and kinaesthetic), but I rely on the most on the visual learning style more than the others while I am studying. Usually I use the kinaesthetic and audiotory learning styles when I feed my cultuural background.
2. Were you surprised at the findings? If so, explain why.If not, expand
*Yes, really I was surprised at the findings. Beacause these findings explain my actions while studying which I used to do them automatically.
For example, when I listen to a lecture I keep my eyes on the lecturer and react with hem and I never asked myself why I do that?
Now, I can realise that as strategies are used by visual learner styles, so mine, my preferred learning style almost is visual.

A visual learner uses his eyes to learn.

He does this by 1) writing down the main points so he can SEE them in his own printing, by 2) making flash cards so he can SEE the question on one side and the answer on the other, by 3) typing main ideas in a Word program so he can print them out to SEE them.

An auditory learner uses his ears to learn.

He does this by asking a friend or sibling to read the main points to him so he can HEAR them said again. He may then repeat the main points out loud, so he can HEAR himself.

A kinesthetic learner uses his body and movements while he studies.

A girl I was tutoring wanted to be a cheerleader. She did not know her times tables. I had her do each times problem (4x4=16, for instance) as a cheer. She had pom-pons and jumped up and down and yelled a times table problem for each cheer.
