I want it out of my way.. what does this sentence mean?
I want something moved or taken away. "I want that footstool out of my way." "I want that delicious-looking apple pie out of my way."
Time is up OR time up...
    Time is up.
He was also interested in how john's studying was going? Can I say>>He was also concerned about how john's... etc.
Yes, either one is okay. "studying" John has a capital J.
For me... does it mean in my opinion , and how can I use it in a sentence?
It means "in my situation" or "in my case."
"For me, red is too strong of a color."
"For me, a snake wouldn't be a good pet."

    Examples --
