    Furnace exhaust pipe is damaged
Hi. I have a quick question about my furnace. The exhaust pipe had cracked before I moved into the house and it had been sealed with white sealant. My super/manager recently had it inspected about 5 months ago but the inspection failed to address this issue. I want to trust the manager and the inspectors but I'm having doubts. What should I do?
