2 yr old female german shehperd yeaterday vomited grass, the other twoo got sick in the house too.. about 4pm the 2 yr old started vomiting every hr light brown and bile looking.. in about 5 table spoon sizes.. at 8pm would not drink or even eat a piece of steak

Take them to the vet.

There are too many reasons for a dog to vomit to list all of them here and it would take a hands-on vet check to know which one it is.

Vet doesn't open till 9am.. the emergency vet lady said not to give food or water.. that dogs can go up to 3 days without either.. do you know if mushrooms could cause this

What type of mushrooms? The ones we eat shouldn't. However, if she got into wild ones she may have poisoned herself.

I noticed some in the yard yesterday, and they were eating grass.. its been rainin for a few days and the sun came out for half the day,, so I know its prime time for them... theyre the little brown ones

I don't know anything about mushrooms other than they can be very dangerous.

I would get her into the vet's office as soon as you can to make sure that mushrooms are the cause and she didn't eat enough to cause permanent damage.

Yes wild mushrooms can cause this. I had a Shih tzu who poisoned her self. You need take them to the vet asap.
