My daughter had a special need trust fund and she receive Medicaid through the program names MDCP... It doesn't count the parent income and the baby receive the benefit because of her sickness and special healthcare need. Anyway the house that we live in right now is too small to fit all the member of the family into it, and it really old and has lots of damage, especial it has molding problem going on. Can we use the money in the trustee to buy a house, to provide my baby a better safe place to stay? We agree to give all the money in the FUND to MEDICAID after my daughter pass away, but I don't know right now when they said they can help us buy a house for my daughter, and later if she pass away will they take it back after all? I don't know if it's a typo or what, but just to be sure you understand, the fund is the "trust", and the person in charge if it is the "trustee". I suggest you ask this question of the trustee. I you are the trustee, you probably should ask someone with the Social Security Administration.
