Is there something really wrong with me?
I am starting to think something is seriously wrong with me.
I haven't had my period for 4 months soon. I had some kind of bleeding last moth, but it was so little that it can't have been my period.
Now and then I get like a drop of blood..
I took a pregnancy test in late march ( not during the morning ) and it came out negative...
I have not contacted a doctor yet, because I don't have one, I've been living in a different country for 10 years and just moved back..
I've gone up in weight and feel squeeze a lot..
What is wrong with me? :'(

    Please someone?
Can anyone think of reasons it's like this?
Or am I just being paranoid over nothing?
    PLease please please :/

It's May, it's been a month since you took a pregnancy test. Not even with first morning urine. I would take another test, immediately followed by a doctor's appointment. It isn't very difficult to pick a doctor. Pick one, try them out and see if you like them, if not change. But more importantly, go to the doctor... if you are not pregnant--they need to figure out why you haven't had your period in four months. If you are pregnant, you need to begin pre-natal care. Best wishes.

How old do you have to be to get your own doctor? I am only 17, and I don't live with my parents, I really don't want to tell my nan this because she will freak at me.
I got an appointment at a clinic to take a test, but I am terrified it will be negative because that means something is wrong with me and I am scared to death.

You can see a doctor on your own... check with the clinic when you go and they can likely suggest someone to you. You may ask a friend for their recommendation. Since you have been sexually active, you should see a Gyn. Obviously how you will be able to pay for your visit can determine who you might be able to get an appointment with.

Try not to panic; your age could very well be the reason your cycles are off. Even if they had been regular for sometime, it is not uncommon in the teen years for things to change without an apparent reason.

I agree with Doula. Planned parenthood is free or very low cost. And they cannot release your information to your parents without your information.

At least you know now what has been going on. Many women have PCOS and for most it is more of an annoyance. However, it can sometimes make becoming pregnant more difficult when you are ready for it later on.

Here is a great site for loads of information on the topic:

Yeah, it's nice to finally know what was going on, the only thing that worries me now is if I can get pregnant or not, but I guess it's a wait and see thing. Thank you for the info site :) x
