I have a 3 yr old. The real father has never wanted anything to do with the child. His name is not on the birth certificate. My boyfriend of 3 yrs, is he daddy of my child and he wants him to be his. How do I need to go about this? I don't want to bring the father into, I just want an easy way to give the daddy full rights to my child.

In your case it is almost impossible task.
Some states will not approve a stepparent adoption unless you have been married to the child's parent for 1 year or longer.

If you want your boyfriend to have full rights,get married and after one or two years go to the court and ask for stepparent adoption.
Until adoption process is finalized , your boyfriend does not have both rights and obligations.
The children are not goods or properties that can be bought or sold.
