    Stepmother issues
Step mother who won't let dad's mother and his children to come the hospital before he passed away the next day? I have rights to see my dad when I was 19 yrs old. So the stepmother told the doctors to not let dad's children to come visit. How does it feel? Why the first wife should stand up for the children have right to visit their dad before he is gone, if the children are over age 18?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Next, Scott, consider moving it out of the legal forums. I don't yet see a legal issue really.

I want to wait for the OP to respond. But there may not be a legal issue here.

No legal issue. Just a legal question. And when someone is in the hospital they or their representative have the right to allow or deny visitation to anyone. There is / was no formal legal right for you to be able to see your dad.
