Any idea how to remove deportation
Does someone has idea if its possible to remove the deportation ? My friend asked me to write, she had a political case with her family,ALL of them got deportation ( it was one case) she was 18 when she came in USA, now she is 26 she has a family on her own daughter who born in here she don't have any kind of government programs , she won't to start her own case with out her parents is it possible? Help her :)if someone now any answer

She went to 3 different lowers and all answers was different , write now is very difficult to find out which one is telling the true, one of them sad it is possible , another sad no it not and third one sad u have to leave country and then start remove the deportation and then start case again ,
Write now it verry difficult to find the honest lower ,

You did not give enough info here, to get an accurate answer, you must provide information in full. Is she detained? What really happened? Etc.

She came in USA 2003, WITH her family , started case as a political case but the got deportation , they did appellation and case was denied , in 2005 , when she came in USA she was18 now she is 26 have a family , graduate associate degree , now she want to start case by herself with out mother , is it possible? As much she told me one of the lower told her she has to remove deportation first, and then start new case, but as much as I sad all lowers are telling her the different ways, is it possible to remove deportation?

Not enough details, there is no "removal" of deportation like you can expunge a criminal conviction. From the information you provided, she has not yet complied with the deportation order or the voluntary departure.
Depending on the facts, such as manner or entry, age at time of filing PA, any other filings, any other immigration violations; she will need to reopen the deportation case and then apply for relief from deportation, in this case, an IR spouse case? If she is married, and otherwise qualifies for AOS, her spouse files the I-130 and after approval, she files the motion to reopen with the AOS before the IJ.
I agree with Lawanwadee, find an experienced immigration attorney, try the AILA referral line. Good luck.

Is it a good idea to reroute pipes for a 12 unit building rather then take the chance of digging up concrete parking lot and plumber not finding where break in clay pipe is? If there is a break in the pipe at all how can you put a liner in if you can't see?? I personally think the plumber is lying...
