I'm not sure who wrote the above but most of the schools you listed are not universities and not top-tier contemporary music programs. In my opinion the best graduate programs for contemporary music composition in the United States are (in no particular order) Columbia University, UC San Diego, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Brandeis, Cornell, Northwestern, Harvard, Princeton, NYU, Indiana University, Eastman, Manhattan School of Music, Duke, University of Michigan, and a few others...

MI is a contemporary music college. I know for a fact because I am currently attending it. Berklee counts as a contemporary music college even though it shouldn't because it's only contemporary for certain instruments. Full Sail IS a contemporary music college - I got recruited by them and have seen their catalogs. Their specialty is audio production, which is a huge plus in the makings of a contemporary music college.
I do not know about the other schools, but I have told u all I know about those 3 I do know about.

Several of the schools you mentioned are not contemporary - they are classical. Columbia, Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, Manhattan, Eastman, NYU - None of them are contemporary schools. And UC Berkeley doesn't even have a music program. You're referring to "Berklee" which is located in Boston.
