60 day notice to vacate California
I served a 60 day termination notice on a tenant. The 60 days were up and no payment - did not move so I sent to the attorney for eviction proceedings. It has been over a week and she now wants to pay. I do not want her here. Am I legally bound to accept money? Will that not stop my eviction proceedings?

    Hello u:

If you're evicting her for non payment, then she can pay up till the time you go to court. If it's for something else, paying won't cure the defect.
