        How to cheer him up?

        Hi, a simple question about a man. I would appreciate the answers: how to cheer a male friend who says had bad day at work and has low mood, he is very emotionally tired?What improves man's mood mostly ( no sx)

        It really depends on the guy. For my boyfriend, he usually feels better after some alone time and video games. My cousin likes to go for a bike ride. A good meal followed by a good dessert usually cheered my uncle up. Have you asked him what would help him? Although, maybe ask him when he's in a good mood how you can help him anytime he's having a bad day. Sometimes asking people while they're already down won't do any good.

        Nice music... maybe a favorite movie. Arrange a phone call to an old friend he hasn't seen or heard from in a while.

 Just ask if he would like to talk about anything,if he does just listen. Take him out to dinner or cook his favorite meal.

        Any kind of pampering, will do it, a nice back rub or massage.

 Run him a nice bath.
 Make his favourite meal.

 Anything that spoils him really.

 However don't make it a habit LOL...

 Once in a while he will appreciate it more than if you do it all the time..

If he likes sports, buy him a shirt with his favorite on it and a cap. Take him to a game.:)

        A cold beer(s), his remote, and a good meal, and leave him alone, and let him enjoy them.

Hey everyone!  ::)

I've always been interested in cheerleading, I wasn't able to try out for the high school squad for freshman and sophomore year. I want to try out for jr. year, but that means I would be trying out for varsity, and I have no experience. :'(
 Should I go for it or do you...
