What do I do when he backs away
I have been with this guy for two months he is recently divorced and has a 2yr old little we were together 3 weeks and he backs off and doesn't call for 4 days and the we start talking again and we see each other more and more so we go to his friends house one night we have his little girl with us his friends get to meet me and all and they like me then he tells me that he and his friend sit down and talk about me and him and how it could affect his daughter because he is not supposed to have any woman stay the night with him when he has his daughter and if someone found out his ex could take his rights to her away and I totally understand that but I just don't know why he wants to back off again. He tells me that he loves me and wants to be with and I also want to be with him but I just don't know why he is acting like this. I have no idea what to do it kills me when he does this

He's recently divorced and he's telling you that he loves you two months in to the relationship?
Saying I love you too soon is part of the reason people get divorced so quickly.
I think that if he backs off, you should back off.
Honestly I think that the two of you should both back off for a little while. It sucks but it's probably for the best.

Understand that this man is in the middle of custody and separation issues. Your relationship cannot be normal for at least a year. I would give him SPACE and see if he can work some things out.
He cannot have you overnight.
He cannot commit right now.
He gave you a 4 day break signal.
He has to come to you, not the other way around. Talk to each other, but be realistic when you do and see what you feel comfortable with.

He is on the rebound and he has a child.. Don't get too involved.

You are expecting way too much from a guy you don't know very well, and who has yet to unpack his baggage from his ex-wife.
I think you back way off from him. Love in 2 months?? Stop fooling yourself.
