    Court judgement
    I'm fron NC, the question is if I received judgement from the court now and I plan to file for chapter 7 after, will my judgement be discharge or will I still have to pay to my creditors

    Yes, it can be discharged, unless there is an exception to discharge that applies. However it may be recorded as a lien on your real estate.
