    I consider myself a Canadian (I just don't have the paperwork), after all I've lived here most of my life. I am proud of my German heritage though. My parents raised me in a very German way, German holiday's, German school, you name it.

    I speak fluent German and broken English. ;)

    Emop, do you think it's time to seek professional help in an actual center? You depression is a serious thing, and it can be treated. But killing yourself, that's just not the smart girl we all know you are.

    You wrote those posts because you needed help, you needed advice and I think you got just that. But now, you need to take that next step and help YOURSELF.

    I'm going back to my psychiatrist in a month or so, mum's setting up the appointment. I was on treatment before

    Yeah but he's good now, and I did because I'm just so sad all the time. At first it was just cutting, to take the edge off. Then I started smoking, then I took some melatonin to calm down and get to sleep. But I thought maybe if I took a few dozen, everything would be over
