New York Strip Bear, fresh and very tender, about 2 1/2 inches thick. I hammer it and put about 6 spices on them including my secret....powdered butter. It melts into the steak...MAN, good!

Makes me want to just go out and smell the grill again..ha ha....

I have thanks, they were interesting reads, didn't agree with some parts and others were 'hmmm, that could work' moments.

I haven't caught this weeks yet assignment deadlines and all that jazz, I should be working on one now, but I just really stuck with it and can't seem to make any headway other than what I've done, and there isn't anything else that I could be doing with it either :(
