    Daughter - Incarcerated
My daughter Tammy is incarcerated in E.W.C.C. in Taft, OK. She has been there since July 2009. She is supposed to get out on June 03 2010. Now Tulsa, OK has a application to accelerate on when she is released. What can I do if anything do to help her. She was so excited to be able to come home but now they are supposed to pick her up on June 3rd. I was going to pay her fines but the court clerk said it doesn't matter they will still pick her up. This is a case pending since 2003.

What was she incarcerated for 11 months for? And what exactly is the second charge that she is to be picked up directly from jail to go to another jail?
    More information needed please.

    Hello m:

There IS a criminal statute of limitations. It expires once an arrest happens. Therefore, I'll bet she was arrested and just didn't show up for court. There isn't much you can do, except to hire a good lawyer for her.

She had drug charges and assault and battery against her sorry boyfriend at the time, but the charge of assault and battery were false charges because she didn't cut the sorry bastard
