When I turn on my computer, it blinks for 1 second and it doesn't do anything
It's a lenovo widescreen. I tried everything, plug everything out, removing power supplies (battery, charger) for 1 minute, holding down power button to get every power source out. And I know it ain't the screen that's bugging, cause it just turns on, blinks and then do nothing. I've tried everything I could find on the internet, and nothing helped.

We're going to need more information. I assume it's a laptop (because of fn). Try to boot with the battery and charger in. Hit the setup button as it powers up (F2 but may be different).

Have you tried being patient and waiting a few minutes (even up to 10 minutes)? It seems obvious but I need you to confirm it. When did this problem begin and what do you remember doing on the computer the last time it was working properly? Does your power light just go blank after a while or does it stay lit?

Yes it is a laptop. Yes I have tried everything. Booting with and without charger/battery and together and all other combinations. I also tried setup button, it doesn't work. I've tried to wait 2 hours, but it still didn't work.
After 3 seconds the power light go blank, but then it goes back on and stays like that
