    He will, that's a promise. :)

I hope it doesn't happen either but maybe it's for the best.

I smell "Hurry up and wait" mode. I hate that mode.

Good to hear your feeling OK. I was wondering. I check in and saw it was quiet. I was thinking the doctor admitted you.

I am well right now. I am the dumping station for kids every weekend. The little girl across the road is here again and her mother just leaves. Doesn't tell me and no phone number where she is going. Nice. Hope there is no emergency. Last weekend she was here 30 hours.

This is the last time I am going to say how worried I am. Since you can't hear me, you can't hear the fear in my voice.

I do want to say that I'm truly hoping this health care bill does not pass tomorrow, or we will be in the same boat as you Alty.

At this point, ANY health care is better than what I currently have. I haven't had a basic check-up since I was 8. I didn't have my first pap smear until I became homeless. As far I know, I don't have any health problems, but I would have no way of knowing.

I have bad hips. Don't KNOW what's wrong with them. I SUSPECT it's arthritis, but that would require a doctor's visit to confirm.

I'm afraid that if it passes I will have to go back to school for another career. I just don't know what I would do?

Heath, it's my understanding that you will still have to pay for this health care.

Health care should be mandated by the state, not the nation.

If that's the case, then it won't change a thing in my life. Yay. Not.

But if you don't buy into it, you will be fined. So you have to pay either way.

Yeah, I can barely afford to have a place to live. Let's see them try to fine me.

Where I live, health care is taken care of by the State, if you can't afford it.

I don't qualify for state health care. Child 19 and under qualify based on income. The same with seniors 65 and over. Between those ages, you have to either have a documented disability that requires frequent medical care, or have a child under 19 years old.

Since I haven't been stupid enough to have a kid I don't want, I don't qualify for health care. The only way to find out if you have a disability is to go to a doctor, which requires health care.

Sadly, I have to agree with you Clough. Not sad that I have to agree, but sadly I have to agree... did that make any sense? Nah, I didn't think so.
