    Old show
    It must have been in the early 90's
    There were three human like things maybe aliens

    They had neon featherlike hair I think one was pink, one was blue and one was green

    And they played music


    Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

    I remember watching it a lot when I was really little, like 10- 12 years ago

Receptacles hot to neutral show no volts, hot to ground show 120v [ 1 Answers ]

Replaced four receptacles in parallel, checked for loose wires. Checked the gfi breaker and 120v leaving the breaker. Tested all receptacles with voltmeter showing 120v between hot and ground, shows no voltage between hot and neutral. None of the receptacles work. Got any ideas?
