    Changing my daughter name
    I have a child that has her fathers last name and he has never been here and I never want him to I just want to take off his name on her birth cert.:)

    Sorry, but the birth certificate is a legal document. You just can't decide on a whim that you want his name off. I guess he never should have been put on the birth certificate in the first place.
