Quote definition
Can someone help me find a definition to this quote..
Love is not blind - it sees more, not less. But because it sees more, it is willing to see less.

To me this fits the old saying: "Love is blind." In the sense that even if your conscious mind sees certain things your heart will not believe it.

To me its saying that being in love will allow you to be able to see more of a persons true colours, but also because you are in love your willing to overlook some of the darker parts of what you see.
So in essence agreeing with stringer :)

The famous psychologist Carl Jung said we tend to be with mates/partners/spouses who are our shadow self, who display traits that are opposite of our own. I am outgoing and social, but married someone who prefers to be alone. I am talkative, and he is not. I am generous, and he is a miser. I like to try out different restaurants, but he wants to go to the same one all the time. The same with vacations -- I want to see the world, and he prefers to go to the same place year after year. We are yin and yang.
